Don’t forget to bring a “wrapped white elephant gift” to swap. The gift can be new, previously loved or a gag gift! Play money will be on hand for the auction extravaganza.

Limited to 40 participants; to include Members and a Guest
Last day for RSVP or refund, less fee is October 23, 2026

Expect an evening of games, fun and a spooktacular menu on the Bites and Fright Bar to include: a Phantom Station (chicken & beef tacos), Frankenstein -weenie bar, Chicken Coffin Bites, Cauldron Cupcakes and other treats. For additional questions, please contact RBWC.SocialDirectors@gmail.com

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $5.00 or 10% of the registration fee, whichever is greater.

Unfortunately, cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the event are non-refundable.
