Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $5.00 or 10% of the registration fee, whichever is greater.

Unfortunately, cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the event are non-refundable.

To help you avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, please register and submit payment only once. If you are unsure whether you have already registered and paid, please contact the Treasurer at RBWC.Treasurer@gmail.com before registering again.
