SUMMARY:Annual RBWC Holiday Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:“Let’s be Merry!” Join us for our Annual RBWC Holiday Luncheon on Tuesday, December 12th at the Tellico Village Yacht Club! Doors will open at 10:30 AM and our program will begin at 11 AM. Lunch is $24 inclusive of tea, coffee, tax, and gratuity. A cash bar will be available. Deadline for Sign Ups and Refunds is Sunday, December 3rd.

1) You may submit your RSVP and payment via credit card or electronic transfer from your checking/bank account. RBWC signed up with Stripe, a well-established third-party payment processor.



2) Or, you may submit your RSVP and elect to pay with cash or check.



3) And, you can submit a Seating Request form electronically. As always, please only submit one Seating Request Form per table. You may list up to eight names of RBWC members who you would like to be seated with at your table. We will do our best to accommodate requests.



If you are paying with cash or check please drop off or mail your payment to RBWC to 403-A Rarity Bay Parkway, Vonore, TN 37885 before December 3, 2023. The RBWC mailbox is located to the left outside of Rarity Bay. Checks should be made payable to RBWC with “Holiday Lunch” in the memo line.
