SUMMARY:Cades Cove Bike Trip with Lunch
DESCRIPTION:Join your friends and neighbors and bike the 11 mile Cades Cove Scenic Loop Road in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. No cars are allowed on this road every Wednesday from May to September 1.  Each person can go at his/her own pace and have lunch before returning to Rarity Bay.  Spouses/guests are welcome.  As you bike along this route, you’ll see several churches, a working grist mill, barns, log houses and other restored buildings.  If you aren’t comfortable eating at a restaurant, pack your lunch.  There are picnic tables at the beginning of the route.  Restrooms are available at the campground and at the community store.



We’ll meet at the Rarity Bay Country Club parking lot in front of the Pickleball courts at 8:30 AM. Lunch will be at the new Peaceful Side Social Brewery and Craft Kitchen, 7967 E. Lamar Alexander Parkway, in Townsend (https://peacefulsidesocial.com).  Each person will pay for his/her own lunch.   To register for the ride or if you have questions, contact Judy at 937-546-1707 or judyccgibson@gmail.com.  Cut off date is Sunday, May 15.
